We are located only 150 miles from the Mexico-USA border at Laredo (the most important point of entry for goods from Mexico to the U.S.)

We provide to our customers schemes efficiency through "just-in-time”, KAN BAN or other inventory systems.

TMS has 3 certificated ISO-9001 manufacturing plants and we ship 2 trucks / containers to Texas per week. We make the next manufacturing services:

Laser Cutting:   We are able to cut thickness up to 5/8” (0.625”) in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum with 3KW, 6KW and 12KW fiber laser cutting machines.  

Sheet metal bending: We bend up to 40 feet long with CNC brake presses up to 135 tons. 

Metal Manufacturing: We have 8 machines for TIG & MIG, spot & plasma, resistance, immersion welding and we also have an automated cell for high volume assemblies.

Metal Stamping Manufacturing and Sheet metal punching:We have presses from 100 to 2,500 tons with 6 CNC punching turrets of 20 tons for sheets of 98”x50” and thicknesses up to Gauge 10 (0.1345”). .

Metal Assemblies: A cradle-to-grave, single source supplier, TMS brings unparalleled unity to the assembly production process.TMS designs and builds our products on our assembly lines, customizing them to each customer’s needs. From CAD data to finished assembly, our assemblies go from prototype to production without leaving our facilities. Whether a metal is processed with CNC laser cut, stamping press, CNC turret punch, CNC laser tube, CNC press break and welding process  TMS quality assurance systems ensure the assembly will perform time after time.
